Sat. Sept. 27th... Flash Flood warnings... (again)

Hi folks... Just to let you know (in case you're monitoring the weather channel)... we are fine.  There has been a  "severe thunderstorm and flash flood alert" issued for NE Arizona... sort of / kind of where we are. BUT, let it be known we luckily seem to have traveled ahead of it and are now at the southern reaches of the 'warning' area. We had our thunderstorm and rain last night and think it has moved on.
